We’re seeking a Lead Engineer who is passionate about inspiring their team, delivering exceptional results, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Laying out the technical roadmap for our AI product, ensuring quality and alignment within the team. This includes setting the technical direction and driving the team towards a common goal.
• Managing sprint-level deliverables, keeping the team on track, and removing obstacles that stand in the way of success. As a proactive problem-solver, you’ll need to anticipate challenges and find creative solutions.
• Communicating technical decisions to leadership, balancing product needs with long-term scalability. You’ll serve as a bridge between the technical team and the executive team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Establishing and maintaining best practices for code quality and development, ensuring our AI platform is robust, scalable, and maintainable. You’ll be a champion for quality and a mentor to your team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• 2+ years of proven experience leading tech teams and driving successful delivery. As a strong leader, you’ll inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
• Extensive expertise in backend, R&D, and data-driven product development. We need someone who understands the complexities of building and scaling AI-powered platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
