This is an opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 3-4 or more years of experience who wants to move beyond the typical recruitment role. You will initially focus on placing professionals across the UK & Europe, working with an impressive portfolio of global clients. With the right success and growth, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, giving you a clear pathway for career progression.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Interval, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, managing both candidates and clients from initial contact to post-placement aftercare. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, developing relationships, and delivering outstanding results with autonomy, energy, and credibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing & engagement – Identifying, headhunting and interviewing top-tier talent.
  • Business development – Proactively building relationships and bringing in new clients.
  • Client management – Advising businesses on hiring strategies and delivering top talent.
  • Job management – Turning client requirements into clear, concise job adverts designed to attract the best talent for the role.
  • Consultative approach – Providing valuable market insights and feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Attending virtual and in-person client meetings to strengthen partnerships.
  • Market research & talent mapping – Identifying key candidate pools and building strong networks.
  • Lead generation & strategic growth – Developing long-term relationships that drive business success.
  • Practice development – Identifying, proposing and implementing ideas to improve our business.
  • Team leadership – Managing, nurturing and growing the talent team as the business grows.

Requirements: What you need to succeed at Interval

Important: All candidates must provide their current recruitment billing stats in the application form and/or CV. Failure to provide these details will result in your application being rejected.

Must-Haves:

  • Citizen or resident with unrestricted right to work in one of the following: UK, Ireland, Germany or Spain.
  • 3-4 years or more of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Technology, managing both clients and candidates.
  • A track record of business development and client acquisition in a recruitment setting.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • A high level of professionalism, credibility, and adaptability when dealing with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous team, taking ownership of your market and delivering results.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client, prospective client and internal meetings.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluent in German (or another European language) to help expand our reach with global clients.
