Are you experienced in manufacturing maintenance and looking to develop your career in the reliability area?
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the maintenance department, ensuring the application of maintenance procedures, methods, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include investigating incidents, signaling trends using statistical analysis, coordinating mechanical inspections, and developing maintenance concepts for execution across the department. You will work closely with the Maintenance Planner using the CMMS system on site. You will be responsible for the long-term preventive maintenance program, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, and modification work on the factory, from inspection programs or improvement initiatives as planned by the Maintenance Planner, adhering to technical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and fault finding.
- A willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvements.
In This Role You Will
- Design and participate in critical equipment inspections.
- Analyze critical equipment damage and evaluate repair alternatives.
- Utilize risk-based decision making.
- Maintain good working conditions and safety standards at all times.
- Analyze critical plant assets and ensure proper inspection procedures are in place.
- Improve and update the preventive maintenance program, focusing on inspection and lubrication, ensuring quality service through proper implementation.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate improvements in inspections, condition monitoring, and projects.
- Lead the implementation and utilization of Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Assist in budget preparation and contribute to improvement and CAPEX projects, considering financial, health, safety, and environmental aspects based on reliability data.
- Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to prepare for major shutdowns for timely maintenance and inspections.
- Assist the Maintenance Planner in preparing tools, materials, and equipment lists for preventive maintenance execution.
- Train subordinates based on gap analysis.
- Monitor mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance works, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by the Maintenance Manager.
