Position Overview:
Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketo Consultant to lead a comprehensive marketing automation project. This 12-month engagement will focus on optimising the client’s Marketo platform, enhancing lead management processes, and improving overall campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Marketo implementation and a strong understanding of B2B marketing automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a thorough audit of the client’s existing Marketo implementation, identifying areas of improvement.
- Optimise lead management workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns.
- Consolidate and standardise form configurations to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Establish best practices for database architecture and folder taxonomy to improve system organisation and usability.
- Develop and implement targeted email campaigns with proper segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.
- Set up robust reporting frameworks to effectively track and analyse marketing performance.
- Prepare and manage an email domain transition, ensuring smooth execution.
- Deliver training sessions for key stakeholders, covering Marketo best practices and system usage.
- Continuously refine and improve the marketing automation system based on feedback and performance insights.
- Scale marketing efforts to meet evolving business requirements and expand campaign reach.
- Enhance segmentation strategies to ensure more effective targeting and engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketo implementation and administration, with a proven track record of successful projects.

- Excellent understanding of marketing analytics, reporting best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with form consolidation and progressive profiling implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train stakeholders at various technical levels.
