As we continue to expand, the National Director of White Collar will play a crucial role in strengthening these partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and delivering our vision of becoming the premier provider of White-Collar services in the construction industry.
The Role.
This National Director will be working out of our London office but hold responsibility for our team of recruitment consultants across our UK offices.
As National Director, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate our team of recruitment consultants to achieve both personal and team success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align divisional goals with the overall organisational vision.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure your team consistently meets sales targets.
- Oversee team performance through regular 1:1s, coaching, and development sessions.
- Align recruitment strategies with our company’s growth objectives and stay ahead of industry trends.
