Conveyancing Fee Earner – Essex An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years of experience handling their own caseload. Based in Chelmsford this opportunity offers the Conveyancing Fee earner to develop their career in an established and friendly multi-office practice. The successful Conveyancing Fee earner, Solicitor or Legal Executive will offer experience in residential property transactions and be able to handle their own caseload autonomously. The Role: Managing a caseload of Residential Property Transactions from instruction through to completion Dealing with Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages Preparing Contract packs Investigating and reporting on title Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers Exchanges and completions Post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry Compliance including AML and SRA rules and regulations All other reasonable duties in connection with providing an all-round conveyancing service Applications are welcome from Conveyancing Fee earners, Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following: Previous experience handling your own caseload of Residential property transactions with minimal supervision Qualification as a Solicitor, …
