Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A highly respected law firm in South London is seeking a Senior Residential Solicitor to join their thriving team.
The Role: As a Senior Residential Solicitor , you will:
️ Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
️ Deliver high-quality legal advice with a client-focused approach
️ Support and mentor junior team members
️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
Requirements: 5+ years PQE in residential property law
Proven experience handling complex conveyancing transactions
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A proactive and commercially minded approach
