Role Overview: As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in our insolvency department, handling a diverse caseload of insolvency matters. From advising clients on restructuring options to representing them in insolvency proceedings, you will demonstrate your expertise and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting legal research, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, and providing strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in insolvency law
Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
