Role

  1. Lead the design and development of high-density residential projects, hotels, student accommodations, and other mixed-use developments.

  3. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept design through to construction documentation and project delivery.
  4. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  5. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-density developments, hotels, or similar projects.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  4. Strong conceptual and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  7. A right to work in the UK is required for this role.
