For Companies We are working with a well-established Surveying practice who are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team. Our clients are a private practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation and are seeking Consultancy Surveyors to work 1 to 2 days a week, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.
Working hours: Flexible
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- 70/30 Commission split
- £30,000 - £70,000 OTE dependent on work carried out
Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:
- Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
- AssocRICS qualification
- VRS preferred
