About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, positive individual who will bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. You will be reliable and methodical in your approach, and skilled at building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to be a key part of a local and international team in supporting the next stage of business growth following Dionach’s acquisition in 2024. As the Financial Controller you will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the Nomios Group finance team. This is a Standalone finance role where you will be responsible for all Dionach finance matters.

Requirements

Skills and experience

  1. Proven experience in a standalone finance role, with the capability to manage complex financial operations across multiple regions (UK and US)
  2. Independently manage all aspects of the financial operations, including:
  1. Preparation of monthly financial statements and management accounts
  2. Budget development, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring
  3. Creation of statutory and ad hoc financial reports
  4. Management of monthly payroll processes
  5. Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify areas for cost efficiency and operational improvements
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making across the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Qualifications

    1. Hold a professional accounting qualification, or working towards qualification, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent university degree.

    Desirable Skills

    1. Prior experience working in a finance role in a company post-acquisition
    2. The desire to work in a growing and dynamic organisation at the cutting edge of cyber security consulting
    3. Prior experience working with senior financial stakeholders and across multiple business entities
    4. Experience of working across business entities
