Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with our dynamic and rapidly growing client that operates in the tech space to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team at their Dundee HQ. Our client prides themselves on innovation, agility, and a commitment to excellence from workforce to delivery, and we are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join the team and enable them to drive their financial strategy to support their continued ambitious plans.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  3. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  4. Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Support operational departments with financial planning and performance tracking.
  6. Lead the financial assessment of new projects, investments, and business ventures.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support.

As the Finance Business Partner, you may be in possession of your full accounting qualifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA or similar) and you will have previous experience to draw on from a commercial working environment. You will be analytical by nature, possess strong problem-solving skills, and, in addition, be an excellent communicator who is confident delivering financial information to non-financial people.

In your career to date, you will have amassed impressive accomplishments, and you will be an excellent user of systems to maximize the use of financial data in achieving business objectives.
