Financial Controller – 6-Month Contract (Temp to Perm)

Office-based | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to join a fast-paced, high-growth business. This hands-on role is ideal for a driven individual looking to make an immediate impact while building long-term progression within an expanding organisation.

Responsibilities

Initially, you’ll take ownership of budgeting and performance monitoring across multiple divisions, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial control and insight. You’ll also play a key role in improving financial and operational processes, streamlining systems, and supporting scalable growth.

Beyond core financial control, the role will involve supporting acquisitions, leading commercial negotiations with landlords, and managing ongoing landlord relationships. You’ll contribute to evaluating new opportunities, negotiating lease and commercial terms, overseeing property-related costs, and delivering clear financial insight to support profitability and sustainable growth.
