My client is seeking a driven, curious, and adaptable Finance professional to join our fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This hands‑on role will see the candidate take ownership of preparing company budgets, implementing them across divisions, and monitoring performance.

The initial focus will be on 2026 budgets and cashflow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment throughout the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to broaden their finance experience, gain commercial exposure, and thrive in a company that values entrepreneurial thinking.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed organisation budget implementation for 2026 following the previous year’s templates.
• Develop accurate cash flow forecasts for 2026.
• Implement budgets across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Monitor budget adherence and performance across cost and revenue lines.
• Engage with budget holders to understand variances, drivers, and divisional intricacies.
• Build strong relationships with budget holders.
• Ensure clarity of financial processes and provide guidance where needed.
• Review existing finance process and identify opportunities to improve them and enhance systems and processes where appropriate (longer-term prospect).

You must be a qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CAANZ, or SAICA. You must have 5 + PQE in a similar role, with excellent understanding of accounting principles, P&L and cash flow expertise. You must have excellent commercial understanding, and have NetSuite experience.
