eCommerce Software Snr Project Delivery Manager based London
Programme Manager to join Delivery Management practice for high profile programme.
You will be a seasoned project delivery professional with wide experience across end to end ecommerce platform delivery to high profile enterprise client.
Requirements:
- Significant experience managing complex end-to-end client software projects as a supplier, with at least 10-50 team members, ideally implementing ecommerce systems or other high availability / SaaS software architecture across multiple regions and brands.
- Experience as a Programme manager across multiple projects and accounts
- Ability to forge strong relationships with clients who see you as a trusted advisor
- Experience of hiring, managing and coaching project delivery managers and delivery teams
- Ability to manage the commercials / P&L, a track record of ensuring financial performance of programmes
- Knowledge and experience of ecommerce platform delivery, ideally MACH / composable / interoperable solutions
- Experience of managing third party SAAS, PAAS software vendors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, polished presentation skills: you will regularly present project status to all levels in client organizations and internally, as well as broker challenging conversations with customers
- Track record of advising and influencing customer decision
Nice to Have:
- Specific delivery experience with ecommerce software, ie MACH, Unified Commerce, Composable, Interoperable solutions – eCom, CMS, OMS technologies (eg commercetools, big commerce, New Black, commercelayer, contentful, fluent commerce, contentstack, amplience) or ecommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce (Hybris), Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience working in programmes with multi-vendor delivery partners
- Agile Scrum master, SAFe Agile delivery experience and/or qualifications
- Experience working in a Continuous Delivery environment
- Experience working in the professional services arm of an enterprise software vendor or in a services oriented development organization inside a large enterprise
