Responsibilities
- Monitor e-commerce business activities and conduct post-execution analysis. Quickly identify and diagnose issues through data insights, and drive follow-up actions.
- Understand e-commerce products and operational strategies, perform risk identification and opportunity mining, and deliver targeted conclusions and recommendations through analytical reports.
- Track market trends in the e-commerce industry, analyze competitors’ strategies, and provide insights to support the company’s market strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned on internal/external product innovations and campaign initiatives. Provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations for e-commerce operations planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of professional experience with solid expertise in data mining and analytics. Experience in internet business analysis, e-commerce industry analysis, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in statistical and analytical methodologies, with strong SQL skills. Experience with Tableau or Python is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and ability to learn quickly. Data-sensitive with a proven track record of independently leading analytical projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and teams.
