Head of Claims Insurance Jersey or Guernsey

Location: Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey)
Type: Permanent role
Salary: £80,000 – 120,000 + benefits & bonus
Income Tax: Fixed at 20% within the Islands

Housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

1. Must have strong Insurance sector experience – Commercial / General
2. Experience in a Head of Claims, Senior Claims Manager, Claims Director role
3. People Management, training and development – Team size is approx. 2-3 Direct and 25 Indirect
4. Great vision and strategy experience
5. Communication skills – happy operating at all levels including Senior Management / Board
