My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning, and operations of a site in excess of 170,000 sq ft in Central London.

You will have previous exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site; therefore, an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.

Additionally, ESG/NET Zero/WELL will be at the forefront of this role.

As well as managing service partners on site, you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communication are forged, whether written or verbal, in order to operate this flagship site. There are a number of project and tenant fit-out works going on over the next 18 months too.

The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a \’one team ethos\’, so being “customer centric” is vital to this role. There is an opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself. This is an organization that invests in their employees and ensures their careers develop too.

To apply for this role, please email your CV to Hari Prakash by clicking on the \’apply\’ button.
