Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day concessions operation for event days and coordinate the team on non-event days.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, maintaining a 5* EHO rating.
- Achieve The Levy Difference with operating standards that exceed guests’ expectations through strong leadership and effective staff management.
- Generate consistency and structure in the relevant areas to the required Levy standards.
