Senior Project Manager

Profiles Creative are hiring for a global experiential agency hiring a Senior Project Manager role embedded with a major ecommerce client. You\’ll WFH twice a week, be based at the agency once a week and be based with the client team twice a week. We\’re looking for a project manager that has experience with event production, both B2B and B2C activations are favorable, conferences, exhibitions, B2C pop ups. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality live experiences, from strategy and creative development through to production and onsite delivery.
• Take full ownership of projects, defining scope, deliverables and success metrics while ensuring strong ROI.
• Establish and maintain efficient ways of working to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
• Provide best‑in‑class project management across multiple concurrent projects, including status reporting, budget tracking, agency briefings and stakeholder management.
• Own and oversee all key project documentation, including timelines, budgets, status reports and briefing materials.
• Balance creative ambition with operational feasibility, ensuring ideas are both exciting and executable.
• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers and partners to enable smooth collaboration and clear communication.
• Build strong working relationships across strategy, creative, design, production and operations teams, providing clear briefs and guiding work through brand and approval processes.
• Manage project finances end‑to‑end, including building detailed budgets, monitoring spend, identifying efficiencies and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Adhere to financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking, reviewing budgets regularly to prevent overspend.
• Ensure accurate, timely information sharing and maintain well‑organised project records that are accessible and clear.

The Candidate:

• Passionate about brand experience and driven to deliver exceptional live work.
• Experienced at Senior Project Manager level within a brand experience, experiential, events or integrated creative agency.
• Proven in delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder live experiences, from exhibitions and activations to integrated brand campaigns.
• Confident running projects end‑to‑end, from briefing and budgeting through to onsite delivery, wrap‑ups and reporting.
• Commercially astute, with strong experience managing detailed budgets and driving financial efficiency.

This is a unique and varied position, giving you the chance to work across agency and brand simultaneously. If you have large scale ecommerce experience, this is beneficial!
