What the day will look like
Every day is different which keeps it interesting, but key tasks would include:
- Data collation from reporting systems; mapping; manipulation; and interrogation/quality assurance.
- Supporting the building of client reports and summarising findings to executive sponsors.
- Supporting the delivery of client results.
- Preparing research for internal team meetings and external client meetings.
- Helping to enhance the product offering.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
As an Associate in the Performance and Analytics team, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Desire to develop knowledge of clients we work with and build a commercial understanding of investment bank efficiency drivers, operating models, market trends.
- Committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn on the job, and able to work independently.
- Curiosity to question and understand the implications of internal processes/client results.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and good personal organisation or project management acumen.
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills. Ability to handling and analysing large data sets.
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications. Experience in statistics, finance, or research field will be advantageous.
