Job Description

Guest Services & Customer Satisfaction:

  1. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  2. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the reception and lobby areas.

Front Office Operations:

  1. Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
  2. Monitor room reservations, availability, and rate management.
  3. Ensure smooth coordination between front office and other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
  4. Implement hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Team Management & Leadership:

  1. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff (receptionists, concierge, bellboys, etc.).
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for staff development.
  3. Foster a team-oriented and customer-focused work environment.

Financial & Revenue Management:

  1. Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash handling.
  2. Assist in optimizing room occupancy and revenue management.
  3. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to front office operations.

Technology & System Management:

  1. Ensure efficient use of hotel property management systems (PMS).
  2. Oversee online booking channels and guest database management.
  3. Monitor and improve digital check-in/check-out processes.

Compliance & Safety:

  1. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
  2. Maintain security protocols for guest privacy and property safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years in a front office role, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial position.

Additional Information

Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Proficiency in hotel management software.
