Role: Administration Officer

Start: ASAP

Location: SE14, South East London

Contract: Full Time

Hours: 08:30 – 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

Our outstanding partner secondary school wishes to appoint an Administration Officer to work in student services. The school is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly and supportive support team. Prior experience using databases such as Bromcom or SIMS would be a massive bonus.

Administration Officer | Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary administrative and support services across the school as part of the School Admin team.
  • Possess first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities with due regard to the School Policies, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Work in a timely manner.
  • Provide two years of references.

Administration Officer | Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent at grade C/5 in English and Maths.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in management information systems.
  • Experience in a directly relevant role, preferably within an educational establishment.
