At Frazer Jones, we are pleased to be working with a leading global investment management company to find a Benefits Analyst to join their growing London (Liverpool Street) Reward team.

They are ideally looking for a Junior Benefits Analyst/Coordinator with experience in benefits administration, HR analytics, and wellbeing, ideally in an international organisation. However, they will also consider an HR Coordinator/HR Assistant from a broader HR team who is looking to specialise in benefits. Experience using the HRIS Workday is strongly desired.

Experience in a financial services organisation would be ideal but not essential if you’re coming from a similar, commercially focused environment.

The role will support their Reward Manager and wider team, focusing on benefits, wellbeing, and employee support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as administrator for the benefits programmes, including supporting the renewal process, managing relationships with benefit providers, and supporting employees with queries and claims.
  • Track and analyse reports from various vendors regarding usage of benefits globally.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on benefits usage, costs, and changes to employee numbers.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees’ questions about benefits.
  • Support the enrollment process for new joiners and annual enrolment waves, including eligibility verification and record maintenance.
  • Support and promote company-wide wellness programs and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as the wider HR team, business managers, payroll, and administration teams.

The firm offers a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits, so whether you’re a junior Benefits Analyst looking for a new challenge or an HR Coordinator looking for a step up and a chance to specialise, this is a great opportunity.
