YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airfreight Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Bollore team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will provide outstanding levels of customer care, proactively expedite and monitor movements in order to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of air shipments, resolving customer issues, and optimizing the customer experience.
This is a Monday – Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Price, plan and monitor customer orders with full accuracy and visibility from pick-up to delivery point.
- Provide solution options for both price and service.
- Ensure all documentation is checked in an accurate and timely fashion and that client profiles are updated.
- Ensure files are invoiced and completed correctly.
- Maintain liaison with all SDV operational and support departments.
- Build relationships with the network, third-party suppliers, and carriers to ensure best practice, service, and cost control.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for the successful candidate to have multi-modal experience or significant airfreight experience. You will have a flexible attitude to working in a multi-modal environment and you must be customer-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. It is essential you have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. It is desirable if you have experience with temperature control shipping with the ability to oversee a number of projects.
