Senior Motion Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior Motion Designer to work with our public sector client.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Compensation: Excellent day rate inside IR35

Location: Preference for Bristol or London, with potential for Manchester for the right candidate. Team meet-ups in the office once a week, every few weeks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven Motion/Graphic Designer background with public sector experience.

Skills:

• Ideally a graphic design background
• Experience with static and dynamic motion graphics
• Creating motion graphics for brands and rebranding
• Visual storytelling, effectively conveying a brand’s story through motion
• Knowledge of government design language is ideal
• Excellent presenting skills, confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and C-Suite
• 5+ years of professional experience (agency or in-house) in motion design, with a graphic design background and a portfolio showcasing strong creative and technical abilities across various media formats
• Experience in creating static and motion graphics for a multichannel organization, including social media, video/YouTube, mobile apps, and websites that coherently express the brand across all channels
• Expertise in creating dynamic motion graphics, including animation, kinetic typography, particle effects, and visual storytelling through motion
• Proficiency in prototyping in motion, using Principle, Figma, or a similar tool
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Animate, and Illustrator). Experience in Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent are added bonuses
• Strong experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, particularly for integrating motion graphics with live-action footage
