Visual Merchandising Lead | Lifestyle Brand | Package up to £60,000 + Benefits | South London Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a visual lead with a leading lifestyle brand. You will already be a senior, head office based, Visual Manager. This role is responsible for leading regional vm's, supporting all stores with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on company guidelines. You will be working in a fast paced retail environment with a large store estate.
Responsibilities:
- Train, lead, and supervise visual coordinators and store teams to effectively
- Implement brand guidelines and visual standards, with a focus on maximizing sales
- Act as the bridge between retail, brand and visual teams
- Advocate for the empowerment of store teams through comprehensive training in visual merchandising and fostering brand aspiration.
Experience
