Funds Lawyer (Hybrid- 1-2 days per week)
Our client, a leading UK development finance institution, is seeking a Senior Funds Lawyer to join their team on a part-time, three-month contract (1–2 days per week with possibility to extend up to 4 days per week). The role focuses on fund formation for private equity or private credit funds , rather than underlying investments.
