This global insurance and reinsurance group is looking to appoint its first UK Legal Counsel in London.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including corporate and transactional activities, intra-group reinsurance, commercial contracts (including GDPR/DP and IT Infrastructure), regulatory, financing work and strategic projects.

This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to join a highly successful business and establish a legal team in the UK as the first UK Legal Counsel.
