Job Description

Property litigation solicitor, 2+ years’ post-qualification required to support and advise a busy property team, joining an established team.

Caseload will include…

  • commercial lease disputes such as arrears, breaches, forfeiture, dilapidations, insolvency
  • Easement disputes
  • Deeds of Release
  • 1954 Act lease renewals
  • land disputes such as prescription, trespass, access
  • general litigation including money claims and judgement enforcement
  • Drafting and conduct of legal claims and court attendances
  • Be able to work mostly unsupervised
