Head of Legal Private Practice at Pure Search
Pure Search are instructed by a leading international firm who are looking to grow their Sports Litigation team at NQ-2PQE.
The Firm:
Our client is regarded as one of the leading names in Sports Law, representing everyone from international sports governing bodies to Premier League footballers, elite athletes, F1 racing teams, Champions League and English football clubs, sports marketing agencies and sports data and tech companies.
They have been involved in some of the most high-profile and newsworthy sports disputes in the past decade and this is a chance to become a sports lawyer at a genuine leader in the market.
The Role:
The role will see you advising across a range of sports disputes, regulatory and governance issues across multiple sports. This will include:
- Contractual disputes, advising on termination, indemnities and liability exclusions;
- Competition law claims;
- Anti-doping and integrity litigation;
- Reputation management, defamation and libel disputes;
- Advising sports organisations and individuals on regulatory and governance matters.
About You:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with 0-2 years PQE with at least 6 months experience of commercial litigation. Previous experience of sports law is not essential, however an appreciation of sports disputes resolution is preferable. This can be gained through extra-curricular interests.
