This role is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's IT strategy, fostering innovation, and exploring emerging technologies.
The IT Strategy & Innovation Manager is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the organisation's IT strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with business objectives.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to communicate technology initiatives effectively, driving innovation and efficiency across the organisation.
- Creating implementation roadmaps for strategic IT projects and monitoring their progress to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, exploring emerging trends and industry best practices, and piloting new technologies, processes, or products.
- Leading the development and execution of the AI strategy for the organisation, identifying opportunities for AI implementation across key business functions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.
- Promoting creative problem-solving and experimentation within teams to drive innovation across the organisation.
