We are seeking an experienced Interim Divisional Finance Director to support a dynamic and fast-paced B2B business through a period of significant transition. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring robust financial controls within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of management and financial accounting professionals.
- Challenge and improve financial controls, with a focus on IFRS 16 compliance.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge the business, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with the group strategy.
- Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and accountability.
