As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end management of billing, credit control, cash allocation, and arrears reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial processes, support tenant relationships, and maintain efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process monthly tenant income, including rent, turnover rent, service charges, and utilities.
- Manage debt collection, issue statements, track overdue payments, and liaise with tenants to secure settlements.
- Monitor bank transactions, allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and engage with property accountants.
- Perform reconciliations, generate financial reports, and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth financial closing.
- Engage with accountants, leasing teams, and legal representatives to ensure financial integrity.
- Industry experience, within retail or property.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Workday and MRI (preferred).
