1 day a week in the office
Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be working for a Central Government organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for debtor/customer accounts within a specific (alpha-range) section of the ledger.
• Ensure all outstanding debts within a specific (alpha-range) section of the ledger are collected and allocated.
• Manage customer accounts in accordance.
• Deal with all queries concerning allocated customer accounts, liaising with other Agency divisions as necessary.
• Ensure allocated accounts are clear and up to date.
• Ensure that other Agency systems reliant on Finance data are updated promptly.
• Carry out miscellaneous invoicing, if appropriate.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
