Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Residential Property Management located in Stockport. The Head of Residential Property Management will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, team management, residential real estate services, budgeting, and asset management on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in Team Management and Budgeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in property management software
