Our client is a leading Magic Circle law firm, seeking a Junior/Mid-level Funds Associate to join their London office. The firm has a strong global presence and offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in a collaborative and well-established funds practice.
The Role
As a Funds Associate, you will work within the private investment funds team, advising on a range of matters. You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues, advising clients on fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operational matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising fund managers on structuring, marketing, and ongoing management of private funds, including real estate debt and infrastructure funds.
- Assisting with the establishment and offering of private funds, working closely with sponsors and institutional investors.
- Providing legal advice and support to high-profile clients.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ PQE in private funds from a leading practice.
- Strong and consistent CV demonstrating relevant experience.
- Excellent academic background and legal qualifications.
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail.
