Meraki Talent’s client is actively looking to hire an IT Business Partner (HR & HCM Systems) to align HR technology solutions with objectives supporting the HR function, leveraging IT resources to enhance experiences in supporting HR operations. A large part of this role will be supporting a large scale, business wide HCM implementation as well as the wider rationalisation of HR systems business wide. The IT Business Partner (HR & HCM Systems) will act as a key conduit between HR and Tech, supporting a wide range of HR Tech related projects.
Responsibilities of the IT Business Partner (HR & HCM Systems):
- You will work closely with HR leaders and teams to understand their technology needs
- Collaborate with HR and Tech to identify opportunities for system integrations that facilitate data sharing and improvements
- Lead on technology projects relating to HR systems
- Assist in the rationalisation of a complex suite of HR systems
- Play a key role in the roll out and implementation of Oracle HCM
- Lead a small team of 3 FTE
Background of the IT Business Partner (HR & HCM Systems):
- Experience in working on an HCM implementation (any!) is absolutely essential for this role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the hire to retire cycle
- Experience working within a large scale organisation
- Experience working within a project environment
- Oracle HCM nice to have
- Happy to be based on site in the Lanarkshire office 3 days per week (non-neg)
- Experience supervising, leading or managing people helpful
