We are seeking a Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and performance of the Victim Journey System . The role involves conducting functional, integration, security, and user acceptance testing to guarantee system reliability, compliance, and user satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing .
- Ensure compliance with NVPP3 security guidelines by conducting thorough security and data integrity testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with the development team.
- Validate data migration accuracy and system performance.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and end-users to refine system requirements and testing strategies.
- Use testing automation tools where applicable to streamline test execution.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Active NVPP3 clearance (or equivalent) is mandatory .
- Experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom applications .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, roles, and permissions .
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies .
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Provar is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
