Drayton are thrilled to be partnering with a high-quality luxury jewellery brand in London, who are seeking an Operations Director. This role will be critical in scaling the business, ensuring product quality, and achieving the company’s growth objectives.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations, including retail operations, end-to-end supply chain, production, fulfilment, and customer experience.
  • Develop an overall operations strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, building scalable processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage accurate budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability as the business scales.
  • Assemble and manage the retail team, overseeing new store openings and online sales channels, integrating smoothly with operations.

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • A proven track record of success in a senior retail operational role within a fast-growing start-up or brand, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion or jewellery industries.
  • Experience in retail operations, multi-channel order fulfilment and knowledge of sustainable sourcing.
  • Experience in retail, buying, negotiating, stock management, and staff training.
