Salary: £42,750 per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent – 36.5 hours per week
Based: Milton Keynes with hybrid working

Job Purpose
Are you an experienced Individual Giving Manager, who has delivered an engaging supporter experience and is passionate about fundraising? Do you want to make a lasting impact for the world’s most vulnerable children? If so, this role is perfect for you!
As the Individual Giving Manager – Product Experience, you’ll be responsible for managing a rich and engaging supporter experience for all our regular giving products – with a key focus on our sector-leading flagship Child Sponsorship product. You’ll lead the development and delivery of inspirational experiences to drive loyalty and satisfaction by bringing to life the impact of our supporters’ generosity.
It’s essential that you have previous experience of working in a fast-paced direct marketing team. You’ll have strong project management skills and a track record of delivering end-to-end donor experiences. You’ll be a self-starter who motivates and inspires those around them. You’ll have exceptional relationship-building skills and experience of managing people and teams. You’ll also be a strategic thinker, with an ability to seize opportunities and shape solutions.
With a number of significant strategic projects underway, this is an exciting time to join the team. You’ll play a crucial role in growing one of our lead products, Child Sponsorship, by increasing retention and loyalty as well as looking for opportunities to promote additional giving. You’ll also play a leading role in the implementation of our new CRM system, Dynamics 365, ensuring the marketing function best supports our fundraising objectives and helping to lead the business transformation that is required for the organisation to adopt new ways of working.
