About the Role

Stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the local community to drive footfall. Managing the service charge budget and driving ESG initiatives. Create, and oversee the delivery of the operational budget, continuously looking to improve outcomes for all stakeholders. Create a welcoming and engaging environment to ensure the commercial success of the centre.
