The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This position will be required to be part of the repair & overhaul process of various Mechanical, Pneumatic, Heat Transfer, Electronic, Air Turbines and Electro-mechanical aircraft components. Work needs to be completed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, European Aviation Safety Agency Regulations & Repair Station Processes.

Key Tasks & Duties

Warranty Management:

  1. Warranty units data/contract checked and corrected for unit prior to analytical process.
  2. Ensure timely completion of warranty reviews to timely G1 completion without errors and incorrect quotes sent to customers.
  3. Support workshop with warranty pricing and queries, provide feedback to customers via Z-Task/SAP with pictures reasons for warranty denial.
  4. Support Order Entry with PO and part number queries.

Command Media Control:

  1. Responsible for all Component Maintenance Manual & Service Bulletin updates and discrepancy reporting.
  2. DIR and customer specific CAMP document reviewed and updated in SAP.

Skills/Experience Required

  1. Understanding of repair and overhaul activities preferred.
  2. Engineering background, preferably aerospace.
  3. Process driven with eye for detail.
  4. A flexible approach to work is required.
  5. The ability to be able to function as part of a team within a lean manufacturing environment.
