Salary: £41,500 per annum + Overtime & On-Call Payments
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

The Role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing daily preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of production machinery, including extruders and site services.
- Ensuring all breakdowns are addressed promptly and effectively while maintaining PPM schedules.
- Supporting project development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhering to stringent health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborating with operations teams to maximise production efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed maintenance records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- HNC or Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a production engineering environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience in production maintenance.
- Excellent IT skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £41,500 per annum.
- Overtime rates: 1.5x Saturdays, 2x Saturday evening/Sunday.
- On-call rota every third week (minimum of 4 hours paid per call-out).
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
