Roles & Responsibilities:
Senior Roles
- Work collaboratively with facilities engineering discipline leads to obtain engineering assistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
- Work collaboratively with the client leadership to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed and Workstream expansion Plans implemented.
- Workload Management – Workload Planning & scheduling, Resource Management.
- Generation of engineering estimates as part of work packaging.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction.
All Roles
- Work transparently with various facilities engineering discipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to the Engineering activities.
- Define and conduct governance meetings.
- Bring learnings & operational best practices from other engagements.
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Develop detailed Safety requirement specifications.
- Support projects as they evolve through the project engineering lifecycles.
- Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertake risk management in specialist roles.
- Review of project documentation.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders.
- Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems.
- Be adaptable, as project requirements evolve, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.
- Compile and peer review project and technical reports.
Safety Engineer Role

- Knowledge or experience of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments with structured methodologies such as FMEA, identifying potential hazards and failure modes.
- Evaluating the likelihood and consequences of risks.
- Proposal of mitigations and means of compliance against relevant safety requirements.
- Interfacing with specialist engineering functions to develop safety cases.
- Compiling structured safety case reports and proposing sufficient mitigations and requirements.
