Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Southampton, Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within the Design Office to produce mechanical design solutions and packages.
- Perform design calculations and simulations to validate mechanical systems and components.
- Manage and execute validation and verification activities.
- Liaise with equipment suppliers to address and resolve in-service problems.
- Provide mechanical systems engineering solutions to customer queries.
- Supply technical data to the Technical Publications Department.
Key Skills Required:
- Must have previous mechanical design engineering experience.
- Ideally have experience working in the Aviation/Aerospace industries.
- Must be able to obtain SC Level clearance if successful.
