Job Summary:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting process improvements .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing and packaging machinery
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimise production disruptions
• Work with automation, control systems, and other technologies as required
• Ensure all equipment operates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in processes and equipment
• Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
• Keep accurate maintenance records for compliance and performance tracking
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to health & safety regulations
• Support a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to diagnose and repair a range of production machinery
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of GMP and quality control principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
• Familiarity with automation, control systems, and PLCs
• Understanding of industry regulations
• Additional technical qualifications or training
