The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join our team on the Swindon contract, providing a comprehensive gas service to ten domestic properties per day, with no call out requirements. You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus on target earnings, totalling a realistic £45,000 per annum, plus Company Van, Fuel Card and Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer will include:

  1. Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
  2. Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
  3. Completion of all relevant paperwork
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  5. Participate in out of hour’s works, including overtime and call out
  6. Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
  7. Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
  8. Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
  9. Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers

What we are looking for in our ideal Gas Engineer:

  1. Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  2. ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  3. UNVENTED qualifications are desirable but not essential
  4. Understanding of gas legislation
  5. Full driving license
  6. Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
  7. Ability to manage own time and workload
  8. Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
  9. Flexibility
