My Client is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. You’ll provide exceptional technical support to internal users, manage the helpdesk, and contribute to IT infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets
  • Administer SharePoint Online, Active Directory, and internal phone systems.
  • Provide server and desktop support.
  • Manage Windows-based IT services and security infrastructure.
  • Contribute to IT process improvements.
