The Role:
As a Naval Architect, you’ll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organisation’s fleet and associated equipment. Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise in stability, structures, and human factors for all floating assets.
  • Supporting new vessel construction and ongoing fleet maintenance.
  • Developing innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
  • Liaising with boatyards, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Undertaking technical investigations, troubleshooting, trials, and data analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal engineering and asset management (EAM) standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Naval Architecture (RINA accredited or equivalent, Level 5+).
  • 2-3 years’ experience working as a Naval Architect.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
