Job Description

Red Bull Racing & Technology have multiple exciting opportunities for Junior Composite Fitters/Assembly Technicians to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state of the art manufacturing facility, this great opportunity is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.

In this role, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.

What we need from you:

  1. Ideally apprentice-trained, holding an ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience and knowledge within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
  3. Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries is desirable.
  4. Self-motivator with a proactive, flexible approach.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to work to tight deadlines and challenging situations with minimal supervision.
