Sensory Panel Leader Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: Nottinghamshire / Hybrid Jellyfish Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with an innovative global client-side company who are focussed on product development. They are now looking for a Sensory Panel Leader to join their team & become part of their exciting plans for 2025. The Role: As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sensory panel activities. This includes panel recruitment, training, & coordination to ensure the successful delivery of sensory evaluations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product development & quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, & lead sensory sessions, ensuring smooth execution & accurate data collection. Analyse sensory data & provide actionable insights to internal teams. Collaborate with product development & R&D teams to align sensory evaluations with project goals. Maintain high standards of quality & consistency in panel operations. About You: Experience in sensory evaluation or panel management is highly desirable. Strong organisational & communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
